Overview
Only workspace owners and managers can connect channels. SellPilot uses Facebook Login for Business so you grant access to the specific Page you want to manage and nothing else.
Step-by-step
- Channels → Messenger → Connect.
- Sign into Facebook and choose the Business and Page to connect.
- Approve the permissions SellPilot requests.
- Wait for the Page status to become Connected on the Channels page.
