Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SellPilot AI, a product of Wallet B A Group. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

"SellPilot", "we", "us" means Wallet B A Group operating SellPilot AI. "You" and "Merchant" mean the business or individual using the Platform. "Workspace" means a tenant on the Platform that you own and control.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity in your Workspace. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

4. Workspace Ownership

The Workspace owner controls billing, members, integrations, and data export. Administrative actions are subject to role-based permissions.

5. Subscriptions, Billing and Renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel renewal at any time from the billing settings. Fees are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy or where required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates channel policies.
  • Do not use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or probe the Platform for vulnerabilities outside of an authorized program.
  • Comply with the policies of all connected channels and payment providers.

7. Third-Party Services

SellPilot integrates with Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger), TikTok, Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, Zid, and other providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

8. AI Features

AI features may generate suggestions, summaries, and extractions. Outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is sent to End Users or used for business decisions.

9. Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of business data, the lawful basis for processing End User information, and compliance with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

10. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to keep the Platform available with high reliability. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Downtime can occur due to incidents or maintenance and does not constitute a material breach.

11. Intellectual Property

SellPilot and Wallet B A Group retain all rights in the Platform, software, designs, and trademarks. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it to operate the Platform.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach. We may suspend access in response to security risks or violations of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

13. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellPilot and Wallet B A Group are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
