Privacy Policy

"Platform" means the SellPilot web application, APIs, and related services. "Merchant" means the business that subscribes to SellPilot. "End User" means an individual interacting with a Merchant through a connected channel. "Workspace" means an isolated tenant on the Platform owned by a Merchant.

• Operate, maintain, and secure the Platform.
• Power AI features including summaries, suggested replies, and order extraction.
• Manage conversations, orders, inventory, and customers on behalf of Merchants.
• Provide customer support and respond to requests.
• Generate analytics and product insights for Merchants.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor reliability, performance, and security.
• Comply with applicable laws and lawful requests.
• Improve and develop new features.

SellPilot uses artificial intelligence to provide conversation summaries, suggested replies, customer assistance, order extraction, and other merchant productivity features. AI processing is performed solely to deliver platform functionality requested by the Merchant. Merchants own their data. SellPilot does not sell customer conversations and does not use Merchant or End User content to train third-party foundation models without explicit consent.

SellPilot connects to Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger), TikTok, Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, and Zid. We access only the permissions a Merchant explicitly grants during installation. Each integration is subject to the policies of the underlying provider.

SellPilot does not sell personal data. We share information only with trusted infrastructure providers required to operate the service (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, customer support tooling) and with authorities when required by law. Service providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

• Encryption in transit (TLS) for all client and server traffic.
• Encryption at rest for sensitive data, including channel access tokens.
• Role-based permissions and least-privilege access controls.
• Audit logging of privileged actions and configuration changes.
• Strong authentication options including two-factor authentication.
• Infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures.
• Regular security improvements and dependency updates.

We retain personal information for as long as it is needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Merchants may export or request deletion of Workspace data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and equivalent mechanisms for international transfers.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance through the Platform or by email.
