Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the original purchase date.
2. Subscription Services
Refund requests submitted within 14 days may be approved provided the service has not been substantially used. If significant use of the platform has already occurred, SellPilot AI reserves the right to decline the refund request.
3. Monthly Plans
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days from the initial payment. Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
4. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for refund within 14 days from the initial purchase. After fourteen days, annual subscriptions become non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in cases including but not limited to:
- Abuse of the platform
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of the Terms of Service
- Chargeback abuse
- Services already substantially consumed
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
