Meta Data Deletion Instructions

SellPilot AI connects to Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp) only with the permissions you grant during installation. You can disconnect at any time using the steps below.
1. Disconnect Facebook
Open Channels in your SellPilot Workspace, locate the connected Facebook Page, and click Disconnect. This revokes Page tokens used by SellPilot and stops further synchronization.
2. Disconnect Instagram
From Channels, select the connected Instagram account and click Disconnect. SellPilot removes the Instagram Business or Creator connection associated with the linked Facebook Page.
3. Revoke from Meta Settings
You can also revoke SellPilot's access from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or from Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites. Revocation stops all further data sharing between Meta and SellPilot.
4. Delete Connected Data
After disconnecting, you can request deletion of data collected through the Meta integration by emailing privacy@sellpilothub.com with the Workspace name and the connection you want erased.
5. Merchant-Controlled Deletion
Merchants retain full control of data within their Workspace. End Users can request deletion through the Merchant who owns the Workspace or by contacting SellPilot directly.
