Overview
The Products page lists every product in your workspace with its variants, images, prices and stock. Products are created when you connect a channel (Shopify) or added manually for local catalogs. Variant search returns thumbnails resolved through the canonical image resolver, so signed Storage URLs are valid in every locale.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Products
Step-by-step
- Open Products from the sidebar.
- Use the search box to find a product by title, SKU or variant.
- Click a product to view its variants, edit pricing or update images.
- Use the inventory column to jump to stock per warehouse.
Best practices
- Keep SKUs unique per variant for clean inventory sync.
- Add at least one image per variant to improve conversation order UX.
FAQ
- Why is a variant image missing?
- Variants without an image fall back to the product image. Re-upload or re-sync from Shopify if both are missing.
